Study on Safety Education for College Students Based on Risk Society Theory

With the progress and development of society, human beings have entered a risk society. It is a significant educational topic for Chinese universities to educate and guarantee the safety of college students in a social environment full of potential risks. This paper analyzes the connotation of college students' safety education from the prospective of risk sociology, summarizes the types of Chinese college students' safety risks and proposes the implementation of college students' safety education strategies from the aspects of safety consciousness education and technology education.
