Scientific watch based on information quality

In this paper, we examine how diffusion of scientific information contribute to knowledge creation. Recent studies have shown that scientists can benefit from diffusion tools within collaborative networks by being able to receive more and recent information. Here we focus on the quality of diffused information and discuss the implications of this tendency for scientific performance. Base on qualitative study of the diffused scientific information, we determine our need to qualitative diffusion tool base on scientific watch. We propose a scientific watch tool based on scientometrics to select qualitative new publications to diffuse to the users. Such a tool helps researchers on selecting good resources which corresponds to their needs.
