Research on High Pressure Oil Pipe Pressure Control

Under the background of advocating energy conservation and emission reduction, the maximization of fuel engine efficiency has become a key problem. As the core component of fuel engine, the injection performance index of fuel inlet and outlet high-pressure fuel pipe will directly affect the working efficiency of the engine. In this paper, we establish a mathematical model to study the influence of intermittent work on the internal pressure of high-pressure tubing. Firstly, we analyze the basic fuel injection pipe model and fit the given cam polar angle relationship to the curve to form this expression. After that, we analyzed the structure of the injector to representing the change of oil quantity with time. The pressure in the high pressure oil pipe is expressed by the above analysis. The solution can solve the problem that the cam speed corresponding to the pressure in the high pressure oil pipe which can be converted into the inversion parameter solving problem. In this paper, the least squares traversal algorithm and the Runge-Kutta method are used to solve the difference equation to obtain the minimum error result. Since one injector does not achieve a good pressure relief effect, it analyzes multiple injectors and increases the high pressure fuel line model of the pressure relief valve. Turn it into an optimization problem and solve it using the least squares method. Finally, we simulate the model to verify the rationality of the model by statistics.
