Robust visual tracking method based on Harris Hawks algorithm

Nowadays Object tracking is a very attractive field of research in computer vision. In this context, researches have focused on two lines: object presentation and searching algorithm. Compared to object presentation a few attention is paid to searching algorithms, and it is on which focused the present paper. Harris hawks algorithm was found to provide a good searching ability with a high precision compared to other metaheuristic methods. In this paper we apply for the first time as a searching method Harris Hawks algorithm, in the context of single object tracking. A promising results, were provided by the proposed algorithm compared to 11 state of art algorithms.
