Research and Application of Hydraulic Punching Anti-reflection Technology for Rock Cross-cut Coal Uncovering in Deep Outburst Coal Seam

In order to study the effect of hydraulic punching technology on the anti-permeability effect of Yangdong Mine rock cross-cut coal uncovering, and to increase its gas drainage rate, a combination of theoretical analysis and field tests was used to predrain gas from the Yangdong Mine. The analysis shows that ordinary drilling's gas drainage rate is low. After the hydraulic punching and anti-reflection technology was applied to the outside 8272 haulage cross-cut of Yangdong Mine, the gas drainage concentration of the punched holes increased by 2 to 3 times, and the drainage scalare increased by about 4 times. The drainage rate is significantly improved; the maximum residual gas content in the coal seam is measured at 3.81m

/t, and the hydraulic punching measures have a significant anti-outburst effect in this area. This study provides technical support for mine gas management, and has reference and reference significance for safe and efficient mining of coal seams.
