Research on the Innovation Mechanism of Foreigner Administration Based on Mobile Application

In order to improve the efficiency of foreigner administration and optimize the allocation of police forces, this paper puts forward the foreigner administration mechanism based on mobile application. It first develops a specialized mobile application by which the “third party policing” forces are motivated to participate in foreigner administration. Applying the large databases of the APP, the present paper further constructs the foreigner administration mechanism centering on “tracks”. Under the mechanism, a special policeman is matched with each foreigner to realize “one person, one file meanwhile, “tracks” are used to judge the illegal behaviors, with the view to improve precise law enforcement.
