Optimal control in a mathematical model of human behavior during a catastrophe

The current major challenges in the field of security and safety of populations are to progress in the understanding and ability to anticipate human behavior in front of complex threats and disasters of all origins. In this paper, we propose an optimal control problem for a mathematical model of human behavior during a catastrophe. Our aim is to model and analyze the multiple rescuers actions that can be deployed during a catastrophe.
