Minimization of the Absolute Altitude of Low-Flying Vehicle Due to Vertical Rounding of Long-Period Sea Waves

The article proposes to improve the aerodynamic quality and reduce the radar visibility of low-altitude vehicles due to the tendency to round the long-period sea waves in the vertical plane. In vehicles that use the ground effect, minimization of altitude increases the aerodynamic quality. The potential opportunities of reducing the average altitude of the vehicle when flying above the 4- or 6-point irregular sea waves are estimated.
