Hardware Implementation of Pixel Comparison and Error Detection in Image

Image processing methods are widely used for industrial and research-based applications. Recently, the image processing system concern about hardware implementation to store data efficiently and effectively. So, in this paper the image comparison model is used to detect the errors that are concealed in the image. In this comparison model, two images i.e., the test image is compared with a reference image for real time industrial use. The out image contains identified and highlighted error patches. This model is executed on hardware using VerilogHDL. Xilinx ISE Design Suite and MATLAB software platforms are used for simulation purposes.
