The Effective Diffuse Reflection Model on The Ocean Surface

Marine communication is one of the infrastructure and technologies that serve the marine industry. It is a favorable technical guarantee for fishery production, ocean navigation, oil and gas development and military security. The aim of this paper is to study the reflection of HF radio waves propagating on the surface of the ocean. The assumption is that the sky wave is not disturbed by the clutter. Based on the sky wave communication technology, combining the PM spectrum and the 3D rough surface, the Fast Fourier Transform (FFT) is used to model the geometry of sea surface. We use Bessel function to modify Fresnel reflection coefficient, then propose a fast modeling method for high frequency signal scattering on ocean surface. Based on the fading model of maritime wireless multipath channel and the model of sea surface effective diffuse reflection ship, we propose the effective diffuse reflection model for sloshing ship on ocean surface.
