Intelligent Settlement Platform for VAT special invoice of Electric Power Materials based on Internet plus Technology

A new model of VAT (Value Added Tax) special invoice business of centralized purchasing materials is researched. Through the application of Internet Thinking, Intelligent Settlement platform for VAT Special invoice is developed. The supplier's online service hall and enterprise WeChat are the information center of the platform, which are intercommunicated with the state tax system directly, interacted with the ERP (Enterprise Resource Planning) system through the isolation gateway and also interconnected with the business of the entity hall. Through Supplier's inputting the invoice number into the online service hall with one click, the platform can instantly establish the association between invoice information and purchase order and thus realizes invoice automatic pre-examination remotely and automatic tax authentication. Invoice business has realized network processing. The suppliers only need to submit paper invoices at one time. The platform has been selected as a pilot project of intelligent supply chain construction and promoted in the State Grid Corporation of China.
