Euruopean Clean Energy Policy Analysis

This paper aims to analyse the Clean Energy for All Europeans Package so as to introduce experience for China’s energy policy making. Firstly, the adoption process for the legal acts is introduced. Secondly, contents of directives are analyzed, including energy performance of buildings, renewable energy, energy efficiency, governance of the Energy Union, electricity market design etc. Beside, some non-legislative initiatives are also introduced. Lastly, some suggestions for China’s policy making are brought up.
