The Problem of Designing the Stack of Technologies for Man-hour Distribution and Analytics Software

This article explores the problem of developing software for workload distribution among employees of software development companies. Many of these companies nowadays use task management software to keep track of their projects and current tasks. While these software products offer various capabilities to configure your own project flow, keeping track of employees' workload is often quite limited. As a result, it leads to inefficient task distribution, employee burnout and deadlines overdue. This work has generally review character comparing different technologies which can be used to develop workload distribution and analytics software.
