BER of Antenna Code Sequence Modulation (ACSM) and Analysis under Repetition

Building on the well researched area of the Multiple Input Multiple Output (MIMO) diversity techniques, we propose a model for enhancing reliability and security in the 5G networks. In this proposed scheme, each bit is coded into a codeword and the bits of the codeword are mapped onto the transmit antenna in an orthogonal manner according to a defined mapper rule for antenna code sequence modulation (ACSM). We present the simulation results for ACSM under repetition coding and the development of the theoretical mathematical framework. Results show that ACSM can be used to achieve high reliability in harsh environment such as military combat zones through repetition, albeit at lower data rates.
