The Utilization of Information And Communication Technology (ICT) In the MSME’s of the J&K, with its Impacts

The research, investigates the utilization of "ICT", in the MSME’s of the J&K, with its impacts and proved that 70% of the MSME’s with ICT is more developed than the MSME’s not installed with "ICT", on the basis on my research, conducted with the help of surveys, questionnaires, and personal interviews with different respondents of the randomly selected 100 MSME’s and the findings are most of the MSME’s 70% used ICT system and take the advantages of the technology and provide better solutions to its consumers, so as to face competition and survives in the markets. The use of ICT in MSME’S’s really impacts a significant change in profits. 64% of the respondents agreed that they really increase their profit; after installing the ICT system, 12% MSME’s agreeing that they have a tremendous change in their profits. And 8% of industries show an increasing trend toward Profits. This shows that the ICT really performs a vital role in the overall performances of the MSME’s and really helps in their growth and increasing profit margins, which in turn lead to the overalls development of the MSME.
