Diffraction of Bessel Light Beams by the Lave Waves

The acousto-optical Bragg diffraction of Bessel light beams on dispersion Lave waves in a multilayer air-SiO2-Si system was studied as a function of the ultrasonic wave deformation amplitude for layer thicknesses corresponding to the first four Lave modes. It is shown that the slabs made of the acousto-optical crystals and perturbed by the Lave waves may be used as Bessel light beams modulator in the regime of reflection and transmission. It was found that various Lave modes can be separately detected by zero-order Bessel light beams under conditions of transverse phase matching.
