Abstract:
With the rapid development of industrial control technology, HMI (human machine interface) is widely used in a variety of areas, but HMI is specially customized and developed based on specific application in most of areas. As a result, HMI is becoming more and more unsuitable for the present development trend with the low efficiency and high cost. This article takes ARM9 as the hardware platform and combines the transplantation of Linux and Qt application software to design a general development system for HMI. Using this HMI universal platform, the human-machine interface of the 4-head placement machine is designed. The test results show that the HMI system has a fast response speed, each functional module runs normally, and the graphical interface is friendly, which fully meets the needs of the patch operation.
