The impact of the retrofitted lighting system to the intelligent measurement system

This article contains information on the impact of the retrofitted lighting system operation on the accuracy of an intelligent measurement system. These systems include circuits with semiconductors and electronic converters (AC / DC) and they generate nonharmonic current by their operation. This current has an effect on other electronic devices that are connected to the common connection point. One of these devices is the Intelligent measurement system. The article describes the procedure for verifying the accuracy of the intelligent measurement system. The basic data were obtained from the power quality measurement of selected types of lighting retrofitted systems (dimming, switching). Based on these data, using a programmable power source, the accuracy of the intelligent measuring system was verified on a measuring station for verifying accurate electricity meters.
