Implementation of Throttle Position Sensor for Angular movement in Automobiles

Throttle position sensor plays the vital role in fuel management of the engine and throttle valve opening. For testing and calibration of the sensor, system used was manual. The sensor’s effect at various angle were observed manually. To overcome this method, a fully digital system was implemented which can be controlled automatically. A self-diagnostic method for controlling a system is implemented which includes sensing and identifying fault input signals from the throttle position sensor assembly sensors. Also a calibration of a throttle position sensor is done for fuel management of the engine.
