Quality Control Circle Effect on Employee Morale and Company Performance in Indonesia

Productivity, Safety, Delivery, Employee Morale, and Quality are important aspects that have to be concerned by an organization to win a competitive advantage in all business fields. Employee morale and achievement of company performance will improve aligned with the implementation of quality management supported by the company. Poor implementation of quality management will negatively impact to company performance. Quality Control Circle (QCC) is one aspect of the quality management philosophy that has a significant impact on improving company performance and build a positive environment. The objective of this study is to determine the effect of QCC on employee morale and company performance using MANOVA. Based on the result of data analysis from the survey, the QCC 97,8% significantly influenced the employee morale and company performance empirically.
