A Survey on Big Data in the Age of Artificial Intelligence

Artificial intelligence (AI) has made great difference in our life. One of the important reason that helps AI works is the rapid growth of data. Under the development of AI technique, the common technology used on big data field also make great progress. In practice, big data can be applied to many areas of society, it seems that now everyone of us cannot live without the support of big data. But meanwhile big data can lead to some hidden problems. This paper aims to introduce the recent situation of big data in recent years, including the state-of-the-art technology of big data, the application of big data and the potential problems of big data. Finally, we combine big data with AI and the Internet of things(IoT) to discuss the future prospect of big data.
