Simulation And Optimal Design Of Planar Coil For Magnetic Recoil Generator

In order to improve the productivity and efficiency of the magnetic recoil generation device, this paper optimizes the coil part of the device and replaces the traditional winding coil with the plane coil. Through the Maxwell electromagnetic simulation software, the single-layer plane coil and the multi-layer plane coil are simulated and analyzed respectively, and the rule of the influence of the wire spacing of the single-layer plane coil and the series parallel mode of the double-layer plane coil on the production capacity is obtained. The results show that: when the duty cycle of plane coil is 1:2, the productivity efficiency is the highest; when plane coil is connected in series, the induced current does not change, and the induced electromotive force is linear superposition; when plane coil is connected in parallel, the induced electromotive force does not change, and the induced current is linear superposition; the productivity of plane coil is different under different heights, and the plane coil at the middle height has the highest induced electromotive force. These conclusions can provide the basis for the optimal design of plane coil and the selection of connection mode of plane coil.
