IRI-2016 model results during solar cycle-24 at low latitude station Dhanbad using TEC and foF2

The quit time ionospheric variability at low latitude station Dhanbad, India (Geog. Lat. 23.79N, Geog. Long. 86.43E) have been investigated for the period 2009-2018 that includes complete solar cycle-24. Our result showed solar activity interdependence of TEC and foF2 variation whose noontime values increase/decrease with the inclining/descending phase of the solar cycle. A presence of semiannual anomaly has also been perceived along with equinoctial asymmetry depending upon the phase of activity. Concerning the seasonal variation, local time effects have been ascertained.
