The process of incineration and its impact on the section of analysis of the railway track

The paper describes the combustion process. An information-measuring system for monitoring important technological processes is described, such as allows to measure and control the characteristics, track the dynamics of changes in important indicators and give control signals to avoid emergencies. The necessity of monitoring system which provides operational control over important parameters and a timely response to deviations of indicators from the normal operating cycle in real time is explained. Also the principle of functioning of the layout of the system for measuring, monitoring and management the oil sludge afterburner is consider. The state graph of the layout of the control system, measurement and management of the “waste loading unit” is regard. Shows the space of possible situations: of recommended parameters to which the system should strive. The algorithm of automatic control of the process of afterburner is presented. Formulas are given for calculating the influence intensity coefficient of the incinerator on the railway.
