A Method for Managing Engineers Training Processes using Swarm Intelligence Algorithms

The paper examines the problem of managing the training of engineers using modern information technologies and describes the method proposed to manage the training of engineers based on the rational choice of individual and team learning by selecting algorithms and parameters of the swarm intelligence algorithms. The application of the proposed method is considered on the example of training engineers in information technology using algorithms for swarming bees, ant colonies, fireflies, schools of fish.
