Research and Realization of Real Estate Sales System Based on VR Technology

In order to solve the problem that consumers cannot have a comprehensive understanding of the community in the process of traditional real estate sales, this paper puts forward a method to restore the scene by using VR technology, according to CAD drawings, effect drawings, control rules and other methods. Virtual reality technology has three characteristics: Immersion, Interaction and Imagination .With its 3I properties, virtual reality can create an immersive virtual environment. In this way, consumers only need a few minutes to know the whole situation of the current real estate, making the whole process of consumption become relaxed, happy. It promotes the sale of real estate, reduces the marketing cost and avoids the hesitation of consumers and disputes between the two sides in the later stage.
