Design of Motion Recognition System for Semiconductor Device Classification and Recognition

With the widespread use of semiconductor devices and the miniaturization of device production, traditional human eye recognition in actual production workshops has been unable to meet production needs due to its low classification efficiency and low recognition rate. On the basis of the existing electromechanical technology, the functional modules such as marking and storage are integrated and installed using PLC control technology to achieve system control. The real-time operation of the classification system is controlled by the host computer software, and the entire classification is achieved according to the results of visual image processing The chip classification of the detection system improves system classification efficiency and reduces labor costs. After several performance tests on the motion control system, it was found that the system classification pass rate reached more than 96.6%, and it could run safely, stably, and efficiently. Therefore, this system can replace the original production equipment in the workshop for efficient production.
