Research on a Batch Liquid Shaking Device

Design an automatic shaker for uniform mixing of medicine powder and medicine solvent. The design is equipped with a mounting base, a variable frequency motor, a drive shaft assembly, a medicine bottle tray, and an electronic control system. Among them, the medicine bottle tray has a concave stop on the upper surface for fixing the medicine bottle; the frequency conversion motor enables the design to rotate at various speeds. The touchpad gives the corresponding commands to the automatic shaker, so that the main shaft drives the medicine bottle tray to rotate to complete the rapid and efficient dissolution of various specifications of medicines and chemicals. The design has the characteristics of high automation and batch processing, which is twice as efficient as current similar equipment and facilitates timely dispensing of medical staff.
