Design of Slope Displacement Monitoring and Early Warning System Based on Beidou

In recent years, reports of geological hazards such as landslides, mudslides, ground subsidence, and ground fissures caused by various reasons have frequently appeared, causing great personal and economic losses. These geological disasters have a common feature. The occurrence of disasters is accompanied by the movement of locations, which is sudden and strong, and instantly destroys roads, bridges and other transportation facilities. Therefore, the Beidou-based slope displacement monitoring and early warning system was designed and developed, which integrates Beidou positioning technology, communication technology, sensor technology and other modern technologies. The Beidou-based slope displacement monitoring and early warning system can collect horizontal and vertical displacement data, rainfall data, and ground stress data. Through the analysis and processing of these collected large amounts of data, a set of earlywarning values has been established to realize the delineation of the early-warning red line, and the early-warning system that presents monitoring data and broadcasts early-warning information. The engineering test shows that the system has the feasibility of project promotion and demonstration application.
