ACK Broadcast Scheme to Improve Performance for Wake-Up Radio Enabled WSNs

To reduce the propagation delay in wake-up radio wireless sensor networks, we propose to use ACK broadcasting mechanism to improve the propagation efficiency of data frames. This broadcast mechanism can reduce latency when data frames need to be transmitted. At the same time, sensor networks benefit from wake-up mechanism when there is no data transmission, which can greatly reduce energy consumption.
