ZYNQ-Based Embedded Test Equipment with Interface Protocol User-Configurable Method

Nowadays, embedded architecture is widely used in the design of test equipment. However, after the traditional embedded test system is completed, it cannot adapt well to the situation where the protocol content is changed. Especially in the industrial and military fields, the content of the interface protocol will often be modified. Therefore, this paper proposes an interface protocol user-configurable method, and uses this method to design a template of interface protocol table and an embedded test equipment based on ZYNQ. When the interface protocol changes, the user configures the interface protocol table according to the changed content, so that the system can dynamically adapt to the changes. This method guarantees a number of performance indicators, and improves the versatility and maintainability of the system.
