The 2019 Top Picks in Computer Architecture

This annual publication presents 12 articles selected from major computer architecture conferences of the year. The 12 papers are recognized for their importance, mainly the long-term impact and influence on the industry and other researchers. The selection committee members put enormous effort into picking the papers. We asked what the criteria should be for the top picks, and then we tried to answer that question by looking for significant improvement over previous work, establishing a new area.
