Research on layout optimization of cold chain warehouse center based on SLP method

Based on the operation process of cold chain logistics center and the relationship between different businesses, this paper plans the existing storage center reasonably. On the basis of SLP method, the basic elements of logistics objects, logistics flow and logistics operation route are analyzed. Make clear the relationship between logistics operation units and non-logistics operation units, use the weighted sum of their comprehensive relations to generate the comprehensive proximity ranking, and determine the area and location of the operation units based on the actual situation and site conditions. Finally, the reasonable layout is obtained by comparing and analyzing with the existing scheme.
