Analysis of Activity Parameters of CNC Machine Tools Based on G-R Curve

Through the analysis of the failure data of a CNC machine tool, the magnitude-frequency relationship in the earthquake is applied to the CNC machine tool. Calculate the values of parameters a and b in the G-R relation, draw a graph of the b-value and the ratio of the number of failures over time, and find that the trend is reversed, which prove that the b-value can reflect the ratio of the number of failures. Draw the trend curve of a-value and lgN. By comparing and finding the same trend, it is proved that the a-value can reflect the overall level of failure data.
