Fabrication-Insensitive CWDM (De)Multiplexer based on Cascaded Mach-Zehnder Interferometers

We demonstrate a MZI-based (De)multiplexer that greatly reduces the spectral shift from 15.6±2.5 nm to 0.67±0.715 nm by employing narrow and wide waveguides in different arms of a MZI.
