10-nm-Wide Tunable In-Series Laser Array with High Single-Mode Stability

We report a 10-nm-wide tunable in-series DFB laser array with high wavelength-spacing uniformity and high single-mode stability, which is guaranteed by high-precision control of grating phase error through reconstruction-equivalent-chirp technique.
