Complete neighbourhood centrality and its application

Personifying the most critical node in a network has a crucial task in the network analysis, and it has enormous applications in everyday life. Centrality measures are commonly used to find influential nodes. In this article, a new centrality measure named complete neighbourhood centrality is introduced. At last, an application is discussed.
