Elucidation of e-governance in Pakistan: A roadway to a finer State

The satisfaction of the citizens and the rise of the government are the two pivotal facets in raising the Nation’s stature globally. The discipline of e-governance substantially has a tendency to strike the failure or success of the Nation. The foremost cause of this paper is to highlight the inclusion of egovernance using ICT in our sectors. The project “Union Committee Help Desk” has been developed with a prudent thought of localizing the purest form of interaction between the citizens and governmental bodies. The main hurdle for the policy-makers of e-governance is to Figure out the key factors of e-satisfaction from the citizens. Through the data analyzed from 100 citizens shows that the majority has internet access and shows interest in the governmental transparency on their operations. The public always demands a solution that is less time consuming, authentic and, that fulfills all the vital standards. Analysis through the same questionnaire, depicts that e-governmental service through ICT is under high demand from public and it is cost effective yet a reliable solution for the government also. Through the gauged determinants of e-governmental services and relevant literature review, it is crystal clear that implementing the e-governance system will not only be saving the efforts, resources and costing measures but it will also increase the quality of the service. Hence, the result will be a thriving Pakistan.
