Organizational Flexibility from the Perspective of the Creation of Cooperation Networks in Family Businesses

The contemporary conditions for the operations of enterprises, including family businesses, require a high level of organizational flexibility in the market decisions taken. This also applies to the creation of cooperation networks since the benefits from adopting the cooperation strategy provides enterprises with competitive advantage in turbulent and demanding markets. The objective of the article is to diagnose the level of flexible operations from the perspective of the creation of cooperation networks between organizations in the market. The conducted analysis is based on the own research results on a group of Polish family businesses. During the analysis, appropriate statistical methods were used, the application of which allowed for indicating the relationships and conditions of the level of flexibility of operations.
