Man-machine Cooperation Optimization for E-Cell Workstation Layout

By the method of work study, this paper systematically analyzed the man-machine cooperation operation of E-Cell workstation in A Company from macro and micro levels. At the macro level, the bottleneck process and the process procedures deficiencies of E-Cell workstation were elucidated mainly through process analysis and "ECRS Four Principles"; at the micro level, the man-machine operation problems of E-Cell workstation were pointed out mainly by means of "Action Economy Principle". On this basis, the improvement scheme of Man-machine cooperation in E-Cell workstation were designed and put forward; then, flexsim simulation technology was used to simulate and evaluate the implementation effect of improvement scheme. The simulation result showed that after the implementation of the improvement scheme proposed in this paper, the production capacity of E-Cell workstation were increased by 32%, and income from production was increased by 104.5%, the improvement effect was obvious.
