Biological Management of Rice Crop by using Contour Based Masking Technique

Image processing is an extensive technique for the real time data set. It gives better result for agriculture field in terms of yield prediction, plant species identification, early disease detection, soil minerals management, water level analysis and so on. Images are very useful for the feature extraction analysis of the object but it requires high caliber of images so that features of the plant can be appropriately calculated. Plant is the essential object for the direct automation of plant phenotyping. Generally plants have features for direct automation like height calculation, shape and size of leaf analysis, color based disease identification, plant density based growth analysis, grain size based market prediction and so on. In this work the management of biological features on plant has been discussed in terms of image growth analysis and regular height measurement for huge field by using image masking technique and contour based object detection technique. Biological management of rice crop means interaction of environment and external feature changes in rice plant. Biological feature management requires biological control by the use of chemical free pesticides organism to secure the crop growth cycle by natural means and make a remark by the method of regular automation. Therefore it is an effort towards the biological management of rice crop by its regular automation.
