Developed Resonant PIRSMC Control for DFIGWPG System under Harmonic Deformation on the Grid Voltage

This study offers control strategy for the rotor current in regard to stator-port power signals under sliding mode strategy like proportional and integral control based on the proportional and integral with resonant function as switching surface rule (PIRSMC) for the distorted DFIG-WPGS with varied attitudes and various control aims. The fundamental parts and 5th-/7th-order harmonics at the positive synchronous reference plane of the rotor-port current, vibrations of electromagnetic torque and stator-port power, are adjusted by the offered control with a resonant function harmonic parts adapted at six-times the main grid frequency. Thus, these quantities are instantly adjusted by the PIRSMC technique without additional succession evaluations of the components. The simulation results are implemented using Matlab Simulink for the introduced control of a 2MW DFIGWPGS and have been compared with PISMC and PI control principle.
