Nonlinear Control of Traction in Asynchronous Electric Drive of an Electric Vehicle

The paper demonstrates the nonlinear methods of control of asynchronous electric motor drive system of electric vehicle. The basis is a nonlinear model of a traction power station of an electric vehicle. The synergetic procedure is used for motor drive system to stabilize main electric vehicle's parameters as vehicle velocity, angular rotor velocity with considering wheel slippage and energy-saving methods. The theoretical results are confirmed by the results of computer simulation and ensure the fulfillment of the desirable invariants and the asymptotic stability of the system in the entire range of phase coordinates.
