Three-dimensional Differential XYZ-Y Model for Processing Peasurements of Raman Spectra in the Identification of Gold Nanoparticles on Dielectrics

A system of three-dimensional differential correlation equations of the XYZ distribution ellipsoids was compiled and solved for determining gold nanoparticles on dielectric fibers during processing of Raman XY polarization spectra. A method for increasing the reliability of determining gold nanoparticles on polyester dielectric fibers is considered taking into account the longitudinal and transverse polarization of laser radiation in the entire spectrum range with the analysis of 2 peaks simultaneously in X and Y directions. When solving the system using non-linear quadratic and differential equations XYZ, Y-differentiation of the main equation is also carried out to compile the complete system of equations.
