Multi-criteria synthesis of signal-code sequence based on trellis-coded modulation to adapt wireless communication systems to the action of narrow-band interference

The application of known signal-code sequence (trellis-coded modulation) in wireless communication systems under the action of narrow-band interference leads to significant losses in radio noise immunity. The aim is to develop the procedure for multi-criteria synthesis of signal-code sequence based on trellis-coded modulation to adapt wireless communication systems to narrow-band interference. The criteria for signal-code sequence synthesis include the elements to increase: AWGN and narrow-band interference immunity as well as power and bandwidth efficiency. The application of the method developed is shown to provide the increase of radio narrow-band interference immunity in a synthesized signal-code sequence by more than 21 dB (compared to TCM PSK-8 signal-code sequence).
