Exploring the Design and Implementation of Teachers'Motion Skills Assessment Task

The purpose of this paper is to explore the ability level of teachers in motor skills by simulating interactive animation situations and designing situational tests with subject software. In this paper, with the help of Geogebra software, the situational evaluation task designed by "the proof of a right triangle" is used to collect the measured operational data in the key operation link by using "running javascript mark", so that the evaluation task has interactive ability and data. The acquisition ability, from the perspective of analyzing operational behavior, uses the lag sequential analysis method to explore the behavioral logic revealed by the tested teachers in the process of completing the situational assessment task, and visually analyze the behavioral path of the teacher's overall and individual. Eighteen mathematics teachers from junior high school participated in the assessment task and obtained the corresponding data for analysis. The experimental results show that there are significant differences among the tested teachers in task operation proficiency, task completion, teacher age and teaching age, and the performance of the overall teachers in the key links of the operation can be seen through the behavior path visualization map.
