Level Control Through Wireless Data Acquisition And Actuator System

The wireless sensor network technology, being one among the dominant wing of industrial science, bears ample capability in process monitoring and control, and thereby enhances the functionality of industrial, commercial and consumer applications which in-turn delivers phenomenal advantages. The aim of the paper is to control the level of liquid in a Process through wireless data acquisition and actuator system. Wireless data transmission is achieved using a Zigbee module. A PID controller is designed in LabVIEW for controlling the action and maintaining the level. NI MYDAQ helps to input the voltage into the LabVIEW and also to take back the output, once the control actions are done.
