Research on the Whole Life Cycle Cost Management and Maintenance Decision of Secondary Equipment Based on Physical ID

As the key equipment in the power grid system, the reliability and economy of substation secondary equipment are closely related to the safety of power grid. From the perspective of whole life cycle cost, to balance the reliability and economy of the secondary equipment reliability and economy, and determine the optimal maintenance strategy, based on material object ID, the overhaul method under dynamic recursion back factors and minor repairs to the recursion back and the influence of failure rate, overhaul and minor repair, under the influence of dynamic recursion back model, and on the basis of establishing the minimum total life cycle cost as the target of substation secondary equipment life cycle cost model, is proposed at the same time. At the same time, the adaptive strategy of search step size and parameter Pa are combined to improve the cuckoo algorithm, and then, the improved cuckoo algorithm is applied to optimize the secondary equipment maintenance cost model. The optimal overhaul time and corresponding full life cycle cost is also obtained.
