Study on SAR Distribution of Female Body in the Airplane Environment Using the FEM-DDM Solver

This paper is devoted to characterizing the specific absorption rate (SAR) distribution of a female body model in an airplane in the presence of a planar inverted F-shaped antenna (PIFA) using a finite element method-domain decomposition method (FEM-DDM) solver. The proposed solver is applied to calculate the SAR distribution of female body model in an airplane, where the local SAR and the average SAR are captured. The SAR values obtained from this study are well below ICNIRP limit for all cases.
