Study on Risk Allocation Mechanism of Cultural PPP in China

PPP (Public-private partnership), as a new public-private partnership model, is increasingly used and gradually forms a comprehensive method of risk management in recent years in China. The cooperative model and related risk characteristics of cultural PPP discussed in this research firstly. Then, the process of risk allocation under different models concluded and further got the significantly complicated allocation process is concession model. So, the case study based on concession model, discussed the risk allocation standards with utility model and summarized the risk allocation scheme for Chengjiang fossil museum. Finally, conclusion for China's cultural PPP.
